My expertise doesn’t come from a textbook.

Before founding ShopSideK, I spent over two years (Nov 2021 - Jan 2024) as a Digital Marketing Executive at MyShopKit, one of the top app developers on the Shopify App Store, famous for the Veda Landing Page Builder.

My job was to live and breathe Shopify every single day, working directly with merchants just like you.

I was on the front lines:

  • Managing live chat support, listening to the “pain points” of thousands of global merchants and finding real solutions.
  • Analyzing user insights & competitors to help develop high-converting features.
  • Producing SEO-focused, long-form content and performing keyword research to help users succeed.
  • Building strategic integrations with leading Shopify apps like Loox, Judgeme, and Channelwill.
  • Driving community marketing in Shopify-focused Facebook groups.

During my time there, I was proud to be part of the team that:

  • Hit the “Trending” list on the Shopify App Store (July 2023).
  • Maintained a 5-star rating (~200 reviews), with frequent customer mentions for outstanding support.
  • And I was officially accepted into the Shopify Media Partner program.

ShopSideK was born from those thousands of live chat conversations.

While helping merchants, I realized many weren’t just building a store; they were chasing a dream of “creating extra income” or “starting a new life.” I genuinely felt for them (empathized with their struggles) and became passionate about helping their dreams succeed.

After personally advising so many sellers on how to improve their stores and get their very first sales, I knew I had to share this knowledge on a bigger scale.
